And of course, I have some inspiration to share too!

This card features bunnies from Summer Garden, Grass from Greener Grass, and the sentiment from Veggie Stack

But I want to take a closer look at the Summer Garden stamp today...

This background stamp is nice and big... approx 6"x6"!

I shared this card the other day-- this uses Summer Garden both as a background and a focal image. I love that you can also fussy cut out all the different elements to create new scenes with smaller critters!

Most of the images in this background stamp are smaller versions of other stamps from the Summer Garden Release.  You can see here the Carrot On stamp set behind the smaller version I cut out of the  Summer Garden.

Large background stamps can be a bit tricky to work with even if you have a stamp platform like the MISTI... Air bubbles can easily be trapped between the stamp and the door, which will affect how well the stamp transfers ink. To avoid this hassle, I leave the stamp on the backing sheet, and just tape the backing sheet to the door of my MISTI. Super easy!

I ended up stamping several sheets of the Summer Garden background, and had enjoyed some relaxing coloring... Don't know what I'll do with all the colored images, but I love that I have a bunch ready to use!

Check out all the fun products (new and old) over at Colorado Craft Company, and enjoy the free shipping!

See you soon!
