paint dumpin'...

I feel like I've been running around in a whirlwind the last couple days.  I'm the kind of crafter who cleans up after each project, organizes obsessively, and all around likes thing neat and tidy. 

Lately, my studio has been a disaster!  I have been working on putting together multiple tutorials,  as well as working on a couple different projects at the same time, not to mention the projects I've been working on that I can't blog yet.. and most flat surfaces have become over run with things that are drying, projects "in-the-works", pages of notes, and a wide variety of products and supplies.... 

Not complaining though.. I am loving it! 

*Ok, so the mess is kinda driving me nuts, but I am planning on taking some time to clean and organize tonight or tomorrow so I can find things again. =)

Yesterday I got a package I've been waiting on for a while...

Yup, it is a box of every yummy color of Creative Inspirations paints!  

I know it seems strange to get so excited about this package, after all, I already have all the colors because of my work on the DT.  This box is special though... Molly sent me these jars to DUMP.  

LOL!

A while ago, I took this picture for her...

She has asked me to recreate this picture with all 59 colors!  I'm very excited! It has been a while since I broke out my studio lights, and all my studio photography things.  Although product photography isn't my specialty, I did study it in school as part of the photography program. 

So a portion of my studio is currently blocked off with cardboard boxes (I don't think I'll ever run out of ways to uses those things...)  so the dogs don't trip on any cords, or pull over any light stands, and I've been taking pictures.

I can't tell you how grateful I am that I am in my new studio! My old studio in UT would never have fit all the extra equipment!

The other part of my studio is still going strong with crafty projects.. I really do need to clean up, because I am having a hard time finding where I last put things down...

I'll have more stuff to share soon.... when I find it...
