merry and bright snowman...

Hello my fabulous friends!

Are you finished with your holiday cards yet? I'm not!!
I had planned to get a bunch of cards done this year (all in the no line watercolor style, of course)... but the past couple months haven't exactly gone as planned...

However I'm still trying to get them done (or at least, as many as I can)!

This adorable snowman was one of the stamps Nikky sent me.. Isn't he sweet?!? I colored him up as part of the Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge, and turned him into a quick holiday card! That is one advantage of challenging yourself to spend time coloring every day... you get a pile of colored images that can be turned into quick cards!

For my layering, I found an old red polkadot paper in my scrap drawer, and layered some striped paper from the new Winnie Winter Wishes paper pack. I love just that hint of a pattern!

I used a beach themed "wave" die from LDRS called By the Sea... I love the fun edge and stitching details!

To finish it off, I stamped the sentiment in Blackout ink.

Quick question... after Christmas cards, what is the next thing you focus on, or would like inspiration for? Do you jump right into Valentines? Do you keep making winter cards through January?  What do you want to see?? Leave me a comment and let me know! I'm trying to decide types of things I should color next, and I'd love your input!

See you soon!
