pandas say hello...

Hello my fabulous friends!

Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate it, and happy Tuesday to all who don't. :)

Who's excited to get their December Club La-La Land Crafts kit?  This months kit one of those kits that is great for so many occasions throughout the whole year!

Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White; Recollections glitter paper
Stamps: Club LLLC Call Away Marci, Great News
Ink: Altenew Permanent Black
Coloring: Copics
Skin- E30, E31, E33, E04, R42
Hair- E53, E39, E39, E49
White- T0, T3
Purple- V00, V12, V15, V17, V09
Black- T5, T7, T10

I decided to keep my coloring fairly simple today... But simple doesn't mean it can't be interesting!  This blend of purples is fun because as gets to the lighter colors, it starts having a lot of pink to it. Using marker blends with color shifts is a great way to add interest and pop to solid blocks of color!

And you see that little heart on her shirt? That is the heart from the center of the Retro Telephone die... perfect size!

To create the confetti, I die cut the Telephone Coil from 3 different colored glitter papers. I then cut each of the long border coils into several pieces. I love when a die has more than one use!

I like this little banner die from the Stitched Elements set, but it's hard to find sentiments that fit it... "Congrats" from this month's Great News set fits PERFECT! A little ink around the edges, and popped up on foam tape... the perfect accent and sentiment!

Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White
Stamps: Club LLLC  Great News, Call Away Marci
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Copic fine liner
Coloring: Copics
Pandas- T0, T3, T5, T7, T10, R00, E04
Purple- V00, V12, V15, V17, V09
Dies: Club LLLC Stitched Hello

These darling little pandas with their cup phones are so fun! I used a fine liner to connect the two cups together. This is a fun way to draw your eye across a design!

These pandas a so cute, and they are super quick to color up! If you need a quick card, these pandas are great!

I wanted my Hello to match the cups, so I scribbled out a blend of my purples onto my paper, then die cut the letters from that. You can color each letter individually, but in this case, coloring the paper first was a lot easier!

The stamps and dies in this Club LLLC kit are only available in the club kit... for at least the next 6 months.  The cutoff billing date for Club LLLC is the 17th of each month...
