No, this isn't Betty... but isn't he cute?! 

And even better... he moves! 

This bunch of balloons is actually a single balloon stamp.. a little bit of masking magic, and you can have a balloon bouquet as large as you want!

For the stars, I stamped them in white ink, then covered them with gold Perfect Pearls for subtle stars with fabulous shimmer!

And the slider pull tab has a hidden message!

Here's Betty, inside the card with her own balloon, and a wish for a Paws-itively good day!
