I love how well these two stamp sets mix and match together!
To get the duck whispering in the pig's ear, I stamped the duck first, then masked it, then stamped the pig. Pretty quick and simple masking, but it makes the two characters feel more connected in the scene than if they weren't overlapping.
For the banner, I just stamped the sentiment onto a strip of paper, and hand cut the banner tails. The help set it apart from the background, I popped it up with foam tape.
The clouds were airbrushed using my Copic Airbrush and a paper towel.. I love the texture of the clouds when done this way! Normally I would mask the duck and pig before doing the clouds, but I decided not to and just kept a close eye on where I was spraying.
Have you ever bought stamps just because they remind you of someone?
See you soon!
