Is it really October already?!?!?  

Well... Hello to October! 

Paper: Strathmore Bristol Smooth; Authentique Delightful

Ink:  Inkon3 Fadeout, Blackout

Coloring: Zig Clean Color Real Brush

I absolutely adore this elephant! Actually, I absolute adore most of Tracey Hey's stamps... If you haven't check out her stuff, you really should!  

I stamped him in Fadeout ink and colored him up with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.  I then used some nesting dies and fun paper to create layers and pops of color...

I decided to stamp the sentiment in a Blackout ink (a fabulous dark black hybrid ink). Since my green layer was inlaid into the polkadots, I had a nice flat surface to stamp my sentiment on.

To balance out the bold sentient, I added some small hearts in the same black ink to the upper left corner. 

I have a bit of a confession to make... I haven't started on my Christmas cards for this year.... any suggestions on stamps I should use? What's been your favorite winter/Christmas stamp you've seen around this year?
