amazing...
Hello my wonderful friends!
It's time for another Unity hop!
(and sale!)
When I first started stamping (way back in high school) I mostly created scrapbooks. I started doing mostly cards when I started working on design teams... The main reason was that cards were easier to get done on a deadline...
{I'm a REALLY slow scrapbooker... It takes me ages to get everything how I like it! LOL!}
Anyway, I've been itching to do some scrapbooking again...
I added a bunch of flowers between the two pictures even though they weren't part of the sketch... Like I said, I use the sketch as a starting point... I also die cut some glitter paper swirls and threw in some loose Angelina Fibers for a little extra glitz.
{What can I say? I love me some glitz!}

This is my spin on the current LO sketch challenge (found HERE)
Because my photos were vertical, I ended up rotating the sketch 90 degrees and going from there.
This sweet little angel isn't mine, just a girl I used to baby sit... and she steals my heart every time I see her! Isn't she ADORABLE????
(and YES, her mom did give me permission to post this!)
Anyway, because of that, I haven't added the journaling yet... But I left space for it in the upper right corner amongst the flowers and butterfly.
I know this doesn't look exactly like the sketch... but, I generally use sketches as starting points, not 'set in stone' final destination. I get the general LO, then add my own touches. It's just how I roll.
"You are Amazing" comes from Unity's Trust Your Soul kit... Those butterflies are from October 2015 LayersOfLife kit Wild and Free. (you only have a few more days to sign up for LOL to get this kit!)
I heat embossed the butterflies on vellum, and fussy cut them out. I added adhesive just under their bodies so the wings could flutter freely. I love doing that to butterflies!
{What can I say? I love me some glitz!}
Don't forget---
