bears and hearts...

Hello my fabulous friends!

Stamping Bella is a new stamp company to me... Yes, I know they've been around for a while, but I was recently looking for a stamp for a wedding card that I was asked to make, and remembered seeing some fun stuff from them on Instagram, so I checked out their site... and I fell in LOVE! I couldn't help myself, and I ended up ordering more than just the stamp I needed for the wedding...

I'm glad I did! Not only are the images adorable, but the stamps are awesome! I love that the outlines of the stamp are so fine... it leaves the images feeling nice and airy. And it stamped beautifully first time! I'm excited to get the rest of the stamps I ordered inky!

I love finding stamp companies that I fall in love with.. My bank account doesn't seem to like it near as much as I do...

Will work for stamps....

LOL!

These bears reminded me of my Mom.  Growing up, my house was filled with the teddy bears that she had collected over the years....

Since Mother's day is coming up, and since my Mom just finished chemo (after about 15 months), I felt that this was the perfect Stampingbella stamp to ink up first.

I wanted to keep my card simple, yet pair these cute bears with some interaction... So I decided to try out one of the new Motion Crafts dies...  I had never put together this particular one before, so I was following along with their Youtube instructions for the Lever Slider.. It all came together easily!  I had a really hard time getting the hearts to show up on camera, but I tried!

I love how easy it was to put together, and the mechanism that makes it move fascinates me! My brain keeps going back to it to figure out how I could use that same mechanism to do something else...

If you love interactive cards, check out Motion Crafts... They have lots of great animated stamps, and fun dies to make creating the movement easy!

If you haven't checked out Stamping Bella, go take a look at their site! (I wasn't paid in any way to say this, I just like sharing when I find something good!)

See you soon!
