How fun is this rain shaker?!?!
And it's easy to make too! Let me show you how...

Step 1: Create a frame. The Scalloped Rectangles nest inside each other to create really fun frames! Use the two largest rectangle dies to cut a frame out of white cardstock.

Step 2: Cut a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel from the raindrop paper in the 6x6 Puddle Jumper paper pack. Die cut a window from the center using the smaller of the large rectangle dies.

Step 3: Adhere the white frame around the window.

Step 4: Die cut clouds using the new In a Cloudy Sky die set. You can leave them as is, or add in some shadows... your choice.

Step 5: Stamp, Color, and fussy cut the umbrella from Whale Wishes.

Step 6: Place a top folding A2 card base into a stamp positioner. Lay the panel with the window over top. Stamp the sentiment "Sorry you're under the weather" with Raven ink onto the card base centered in the window.

Step 7: Adhere a piece of acetate to the back side of the window panel. Make sure it is well attached all the way around. Line the back of the window panel with foam tape (I like to go 2 layers thick so my fillers move freely). Be sure there are no gaps in the foam.. this is what keeps all the little shaker bits contained.

Step 8: Add shaker bits.. I used a couple different kinds of tiny beads, some glass glitter shards, and some flat sequins in mine.

Step 9: Carefully remove the backing from the foam tape. Carefully press the card base onto the foam tape. Flip it over and make sure everything shakes freely.

Step 10: Finish it off by adhering the clouds to the top of the window, and the umbrella to the bottom corner.

See how easy shakers can be? They are so much fun to play with!

Be sure to continue hopping for more amazing inspiration, and leave comments as you go so you have a chance of at the prize!

See you soon!
