beach day...

Hello my fabulous friends!

I want to go find a beach somewhere with warm sand, crashing waves, and no worries... Anyone want to join me???

I guess the next best thing is making my own beach..

Coloring: Copic

Black- T7, T5, T3

White- W0, W3

Sun- Y19, Y15, Y11

Sand- E40, E42, E44, E43, E84

Water- B00, FBG2, BG07 

Stencil- LDRS Creative Rainy Day

Dies: LDRS Creative By The Sea, At the Beach, Here Comes the Sun, In a Cloudy Sky

How cute are these little stinkers??? 

I love that the At the Beach die includes a sandcastle that fits the line of the beach, but is separate. I popped the castle up with a little foam tape so the skunks could interact with it instead of just being layered over it 

The waves and sand were both colored using my Copic Airbrush. This is an easy way to cover larger areas, and I like the speckled texture for both the sand and the water.

The clouds in the background were stenciled on using the Rainy Day stencil.

The sun and cloud in the foreground are dies... I love the swirl in the cloud!!!

Now I just need the ocean sounds...
