happy thoughts and more from 3C...

Hello my fabulous friends, and welcome to all those stopping by for the first time!

It's time for another incredible Colorado Craft Company new release and I'm joining in with some incredibly talented designers for a bloghop! Today's release includes sets for 3 different collections... Big and Bold (I love the oversized images!!), Lovely Legs (always unique), and Savvy Sentiments (because can you have too many sentiments???).

(And yes, there will be prizes!)

Let's take a look at some of the fun new sets!

We're doing a bit of mix and match with this one... The sentiment is from the new Thinking of You (Savvy Sentiment collection). I love that it's big! This set comes with 5 sentiments of various sizes. Definitely one I'll come back to time and again!

The paintbrush is from the new Color My World (Big and Bold collection). This set is awesome for art themed projects! There are 7 different kinds of paintbrushes in the set, each of them measuring 5.5 inches!

And of course, I had to throw in a critter... This one is from Coffee House (Anita Jeram collection). I love how perfectly adorable he is holding a huge paintbrush!

For extra color and sparkle, I painted over the letters in 'Happy' with some sparkling watercolors... I love how they pop on the black ink!

This next card is also a mix of sets.. the images are from Build a Rainbow (Big and Bold collection). This is a fabulous set of stylized solid stamps for creating a rainbow, rain, clouds, sunshine and hearts!

Lots you can do with this, and requires no coloring abilities! I just inked up my stamps with some Distress ink and misted them lightly with water then stamped on watercolor paper... instant watercolor feel without any real work!

This sentiment is from Uh, oh! (Lovely Legs collection). I absolutely love it. It's my favorite sentiment from the that set. That set also includes a fabulous leg image (of course!) with a dropped ice cream cone. I'm plan on coloring that one soon!

This is Summertime Birthday (Lovely Legs collection). Perfect for beach, pool, or general summertime fun! There's a bunch of fun summery and birthday sentiments included in the set.

This sentiment is from General Greetings (Savvy Sentiments collection)... There are 13 different sentiments in this set, and it is a great all around set for sentiments!

Once again I painted over the stamped image with sparkling watercolors... this one is a color shift watercolor by Iuile, so in some lights it looks green...

... and in other lights, teal.

I love how a pop of can turn a super simple card into something a little extra!

There are also two more sets I haven't had a chance to create with yet...

Birthday Blessings (Savvy Sentiments Collection) full of many different birthday greetings in various fonts... another one that will be using a lot, I'm sure!

And finally, Old Chap Birthday (Savvy Sentiments collection). This one has fun (and punny) sentiments with some coordinating images, including a hat, glasses, mustaches, and more! I'm hoping to get a chance to create with it soon!
