thinking of you pumpkins...

Hello my fabulous friends!

It's that time of year again.. where everything is pumpkin spice flavor.. I can't say I'm a huge fan of pumpkin everything, but I do love the smell of fall spices! I also love pumpkin chocolate chip cookies... YUM!

I really wanted some pumpkin stamps to color this year, and I fell in love with this gorgeous Gina K. Designs stamp! It's gorgeous! And there's other pumpkins and flowers in the set that I'm sure I'll be coloring this fall. I also found out that watercoloring fall leaves is lots of fun! 

For the sentiment I went nice and simple.. Heat embossing in white on kraft colored cardstock.

For the rest for card, I used a fun nesting frame set from LDRS Creative, and some super old patterned paper from my stash.. I tend to love lots of white space, and often find using patterned paper challenging, but I really like the how it turned out! Guess I should be braver and start using more of my pretty papers!
