hang in there mouse...

Hello my fabulous friends!

Sometimes we all find ourselves in a spot where we just need to hang in there... And it's so much easier when we have friends who have our backs!

I love this sweet little owl and mouse! The full stamp shows the mouse falling out of a hot air balloon, and the owl is saving him... but I think they are adorable without the hot air balloon too!

The sky background was created using my Copic Air brush, I then die cut the oval from Woodland Foliage Frames,

I stamped the owl and mouse (part of the larger In a Pickle stamp stamp) onto some Neenah cardstock, colored, and fussy cut. 

To create the slider track, I used one of the Swing N Slide dies.  

For the mouse, I created a typical slider (using a MFT spin and slide disc). To keep the owl in one place (while still able to swing), I glued a brad to his back, and popped that through a hole in the sky piece. 

The result is a little mouse who swings, and an owl that keeps him centered on the card. 

Super simple, but a fun interactive card for someone who needs a bit of encouragement!
