little daisies...

Hello my fabulous friends!

Yesterday was a fabulous indicator that spring is on it's way... The sun was shining, and it was light sweater weather. My little fair-weather loving puppy got to run around and play outside without shivering. And there were deer in my parent's yard... Which I love watching them, but they are eating the blueberry buds, so I'm kinda mad at them too...
 LOL!

It was wonderful!

It made me think of this card that I made a while ago as a proposal for a workshop...

Paper: Georgia Pacific White: LDRS Creative Sincerely Yours
Stamps: LDRS Creative Blooming Bugs
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Coloring: Copic
Flower: E40, W3, RV10, RV13, RV17, RV99
Green-YG03, YG95, YG97, YG99
Blue- BG0000, BG000, B00
Dies: LDRS Creative Snowy Day
Other: ribbon, rhinestones; LDRS Creative Stamping Mask Paper

The LDRS Creative/ Polkadoodles Blooming Bugs stamp set is more than a year old at this point, but I still love it! It is perfect for creating your own custom bouquets!  I love that they have that touch of whimsy to them! It's one of the floral sets that I just keep going back to time and time again!

I kept the coloring nice and simple... Because a large part of each flower is white, I added in a little bit of a background  to help them pop instead of getting lost.

A sprinkling of rhinestones, some patterned paper, and a ribbon finish this card off.

I really love how this turned out!

Do you have a stamp set you just keep going back to even though it may not be the newest in your collection?
See you soon!
