time to monkey around and a give away...

Hello my fabulous friends!

I got a FABULOUS package from Motion Crafts recently stuffed full of their new release products! They asked me to make some projects to help spread the word about their release... and even said I could give away a flip book kit!!! (more on that later)

Today I want to take a look at My Little Monkey....

The stamp set is a large 6x8 clear stamp set with 31 stamps! The kit also comes with 70 precut flip book pages, and 4 clips!  (you can also buy more flipbook pages, and clips in various colors)

Paper: Motion Crafts Flipbook Paper
Stamps: Motion Crafts My Little Monkey
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Ladybug, Bamboo Leaves; Uniball Signo White; Chameleon Detail pen
Coloring: Chameleon
NU1, BR1, PK2, RD2, GR2, YG3, BK4, BL3
Dies: LDRS Creative Waves and Clouds
Other: Motion Crafts Yellow Clips; ribbon

Check out the flip book in action!

How sweet is this monkey?!?

The flip book paper can't handle tons of ink when you are coloring, so it's best to stick to simple coloring when doing these books.

And the extra stamps make great accents or custom patterned paper!

These clips for holding your flip books together come in multiple colors, which I love!

You only need one clip per book, but I decided to use two on this one just for fun.

So, what if flip books aren't really your cup of tea?  These stamps are still perfect for regular stamping projects!

Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White
Stamps:  Motion Crafts My Little Monkey
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Pear Tart, Copic Multiliner
Coloring: Copic
Monkey- E30, E31, E33, E35, E57, E59, R89
Grass- YG93, YG95, YG97, YG03
Sky- B12
Other: brad

And if you wish, you can still have the card be interactive!

This leaf stamp is a solid stamp, but I wanted to add more detail... Since I'm working on Neenah cardstock for this card, I could add in shading details with my Copies.

I also added a circle to the top of the monkey's vine. It doesn't have to look pretty, as it will be hidden, but it will give you a place to put the brad.

The layers of leaves add so much to the card!

I drew my own grass for this little guy to sit in. (just simple flick strokes with several green markers).

So if you don't want to make flip books, you can still use these stamps!

Now... I believe I mentioned at the beginning of this post that I have a prize to give away...

So how do you enter to win???

Leave me a comment on this post telling me

What is your favorite kind of interactive card?

For added entries, check me out on Instagram (@klynneart), find my post for the monkey flip book, and answer my question there..  If you like my work, please follow me... it helps me out a lot!

Plus check back tomorrow for the second flipbook kit and more chances to win!

I'll pick a winner through random number draw on March 31 and announce the winner on April 1 (no April fools joke, I promise!)

This give away is sponsored by Motion Crafts, and is in no way affiliated with Blogger, Instagram, Facebook, or anyone else.

See you tomorrow!
