floral birthday card with Ruby...

Hello my fabulous friends!

This month is my birthday month... This past year has been crazy, and wonderful, and full of big steps, and a few leaps of faith... There have been ups, and downs, but I'm excited about the things that are coming! I say it's time for cake!

I love this Ruby girl!! Isn't she fabulous? 


Start by stamping Ruby on some white cardstock...  you don't need to stamp the whole image, just enough of the image to fit the oval.


Color... I used Copics.  I don't do many blond girls, mostly because I'm still working on finding a color combo that I like for blonds. They usually end up looking way too yellow to be natural... So I keep experimenting. 

Die cut your oval.


Die cut the Petalette background as well as enough single flowers to layer on top of all the background flowers 


For added fun, add rhinestones to the centre of each of the flowers!
